An active wheelchair for children and teens – lightweight (MIO), ultra-lightweight (MIO CARBON) or reclining (MIO MOVE) – enables children to learn independence from an early age.
The 2018 Mio Design Wheelchair can be perfectly adjusted for children as young as 12 months (seat width as small as 18 cm!). Independence of movement is essential even with limited physical conditions and should be supported as early as possible. The new Mio offers children the opportunity to move and explore the world on their own.
Like every SORG stroller, the Mio can be optimally customized. Its innovative lightweight and compact design ensures easy handling and maximum stability. Two frame options: Retro or Taurus, expandable in three dimensions (seat width, seat depth, seat height), very large selection of colors, materials and equipment. Adjustable backrest angle: bolt-on from 80° to 100° (in 5° increments) or raster adjustment from 78° to 114°.
