Splashy Big is a multifunctional bath seat for larger children and teens with special needs, making bathing easier and providing maximum options when choosing activities, without worrying about cleaning the seat after play. Splashy Big is provided for children between the ages of 8 and 16.
Splashy Big is compact, properly shaped, takes up little space, but is extremely stable. Warm to the touch, the Splashy’s skin-friendly, quick-drying material makes it pass the test in all conditions. The foam seat is soft both when wet and when dry. The contoured shape provides a comfortable and stable sitting position. With the floor base, 26 tilt positions can be achieved, from upright (106°) to 140°. The number of reclining options for the Splashy Big means that even a teenager with impaired head control or sitting ability can safely use this seat. In addition, positions for resting or washing can be obtained and adjusted quickly and easily.
Included with the seat is a harness that adjusts to your child’s postural support needs, with the option of a 5-point belt or 3-point pelvic stabilizer. Four removable foam supports for use anywhere on the seat where support is required (such as at the headrest). Additional supports in the form of foam rollers are also available as an optional extra. Also standard is a support for setting the seat on the ground (the same support is suitable for the ToGo car seat).
