A special armrest made in vacuum technology allows you to model the shape so as to maximally adjust it to the forearm, while preventing contractures in the wrist and elbow. The armrest additionally allows you to attach additional stabilization straps. The drive mechanism mounted on quick connectors allows easy and quick transfer to each side, making the trolley universal for every user.
