The Microlife BC 200 Comfy electronic breast pump is used for easy breast milk expressing at home. The accumulation of food can lead to painful ailments, such as breast inflammation. Expressing milk can prevent painful deposition and relieve pain associated with cracked nipples. The breast pump has a stimulation function to express flat or inverted nipples, which facilitates feeding. The Microlife breast pump allows you to store expressed milk in a bottle, e.g. in cases where you will be away from your baby for a long time.

Directions for use

• Before each use of the breast pump, check that it is not damaged and make sure that it has been sterilized.
• When starting to use the breast pump, choose a time and place where you can relax.
• If the milk doesn’t start flowing right away, try to relax, then try again in a few minutes.
• Warmth and relaxation have a positive effect on easier milk flow.

One-sided pumping:

• before using the breast pump, wash your hands and breasts thoroughly,
• sit with your upper body slightly tilted forward, then gently place the silicone pad on your chest, making sure it fits snugly,
• When you turn on the breast pump for the first time, the software will be in single breast pump mode and the display will show mode 1, the device will start automatic stimulation and a two-minute timer will appear on the display, during which time the nipple will be stimulated to prepare to start expressing,
• Use the + and – buttons to set the intensity of stimulation. After 2 minutes, the clock on the display will start flashing,
• press the MODE button to start expressing,
• using the + and – buttons to determine the right suction force for you,
• When the amount of milk in the bottle reaches 180ml, stop pumping.

In the case of double-sided extraction, the necessary accessories must be connected. To switch to duplex mode, press + and – simultaneously for 3 seconds until the display shows mode 2. Then proceed as you would with one-sided pumping.
